I asked myself
whether or not
I should trust her
nobody could be
less smart than me
when it comes to
deciding on who to trust
delighting in the
most insignificant
sensual pleasuers and vices
retaining only
a small portion
of original individuality
the reproach must have
made its sting felt
even though the sound
is muffled by
the boundless distance
the uneasiness is wearisome
because it unrolled itself
to the full extent of my own life
it is rather disastrous
if I weren't a true sportsman
accustomed to these
unmerited experiments
I wouldn't be receiving
these brief visits
they dared not look
one another in the eye
these people by now
act against their will
when they are demanded
