## To All Brazilians — Present and Future:
We, the Founders of the Imperial Society of Brasil, guided by the immutable Laws of God, the wisdom of History, and the sacred destiny of our People, declare before Heaven and Earth our eternal purpose.
Nations rise and fall. Empires blossom and crumble. But there are those rare works of men that endure — not by force alone, nor by fleeting fortune — but by fidelity to higher things: Justice, Order, Virtue, and Faith.
Brazil was not born merely as a Republic of interests.
Brazil was consecrated as an Empire of meaning.
